I love reading Romance. There is so much variety and talent out there, I will never make a dent in all of it. It is always a pleasure when something unexpected happens. Jessica Peterson is more than capable to write a straightforward tale but with this book, she weaves lots of heart, humor, concern, and care. The feelings about babies, families, and the need for control are seriously looked at.
What also works is that there is a daddy who is working hard to take care of his daughter, have a career, and has the need for control. All of these elements work with a sexy story and strong character development.
This is a new series and it will be interesting to see what other insights Jessica Peterson brings to us.
