Real Life is not always pretty...It can have you in situations which will test your strength and courage. The chances of us experiencing relationships with secret billionaires, surprise inheritance or some glamorous outcome could be classified as slim to none. We read many books with all of those premises. They are fun. They can take you away from the stress of the day...and I happen to thoroughly enjoy them.

But sometimes reading something which reflects the reality of the day...which has the characters overcome serious obstacles without all the Pretty and Fancy can be even more impactful. It reassures us we have the ability within to be strong, focused and find love.

Jamie Schlosser's Magic Man does all of this and more. It gives us a romance which will grip you and hold you enthralled.

I was captured by the blurb. It was all I had before starting this.
I will share New Age range stories are usually not something I read. Being young and learning through the challenges of these periods has a certain range. This story, however, had people who had lived so much for their years... and rose above what they had endured. They were unique to their lives, strong in the desire to do better and through this romance, they were so identifiable. Many out there in RL have the same obstacles to overcome. This took those common issues, gave us people who were endearing and who we could root for.

As I updated, I started this late at night and was forced to stop around 3:30AM as work called the next day. I highly recommend this incredibly sweet love story.

Jamie Schlosser writes steamy new adult romance and romantic comedy. When she isn't creating perfect book boyfriends, she's a stay-at-home mom to her two wonderful kids. She believes reading is a great escape, otters are the best animal, and nothing is more satisfying than a happily-ever-after ending.
