Back in the United States, and fresh on her return from Paris, Jillian Warren moves in with her brother while she adjusts to getting her life in order.
Newly released from prison, Jude Falken is also looking for a fresh start; he owns one of the largest fashion empires, and it doesn't help that he's hotter than hell. Jude is also the best friend to Jillian's big brother, and coincidentally enough, they live across the hall from each other.
Jude has been warned to stay away from Jillian, but brief encounters with one another make it harder and harder to ignore the obvious sexual chemistry.
Jude's hiding his past from Jillian, but it's only a matter of time before she finds out, and when she does, will she be able to recover from being deceived yet again?
This is my first read by this author and I have to say that I did enjoy this story. There were a few minuscule things that didn't really grab me, but that's just my interpretation.
Congrats to Kylie Walker on her newest story and much success in all her endeavours.
