Tempting Little Tease

Four "Ti amo" Stars
****
What if all
you wanted to do was to go to Europe?
Italy to be specific. You’ve
learned their language and yearned for the romance of that country. You want to live your life there and teach
English to those Italians who want to learn that language. And you want to do it for however long the
mood inspires you to, while drinking Italian wine and watching the sun set on that
glorious country. It all sounds just too
perfect, doesn’t it? But that is exactly
what our heroine, Alessandra is going to do.
She’s graduated from college, saved her money (from her job as a nanny
and giving Italian lessons part time), and now she is ready to embark on her
dream…..to live and work in Italy and learn more about the country that is her
heritage. She is three weeks away from
using her one way plane ticket to Italy and nothing (and I mean NOTHING) is
going to stop her. Her suitcases are
packed and her notice has been given.
What
Alessandra doesn’t count on is Quinn Kingsley.
Tempting
Little Tease by Kendall Ryan is an amazing twist to a May-December romance!!! The soft romantic language, sweet and sexy
banter, the slow and easy going pace of this story all pulled me into to an
incredibly romantic story of two people who didn’t know they were looking for
love. The more I read this story, the
more I was tempted, then teased and little by little pulled into a quiet
smoldering love story between an older man and a younger women that makes you
think that neither, age, distance, or time can keep two souls apart that are
meant to be together.
As the
fourth book in the Forbidden Desires series, Tempting Little Tease, finally
tells the story of the oldest Kingsley brother, Quinn Kingsley. Quinn is the strong, silent, workaholic CEO
of the Kingsley empire. He’s spent a
good deal of his 38 years building the family’s upscale escort service
conglomerate to the level and reputation it now has. The family business has been his girlfriend,
wife and mistress rolled into one, leaving not a lot of leftover time for
anything personal, except maybe, learning Italian, the language of his ancestry.
When Quinn’s
instructor and a tutoring colleague of Alessandra lands in the hospital after
having a heart attack, Quinn and Alessandra are thrown together as she takes
over Quinn’s Italian tutoring sessions, making Alessandra question what twist
of fate from the gods above has thrown this older, extremely attractive, hot,
sexy and very tempting man into her life, teasing her to stay when she’s about
to leave. A man who finds her attractive
and whispers sweet Italian phrases in her ear.
Who teases her heart into more than just flirting; who tempts her soul to
wander down the path of love; and who brings those little flutters to her chest
making it difficult for her to catch her breath.
And
Quinn?? How can he be attracted to this
young, vibrant, beautiful, exhilarating young woman whose zest for life is
catching? But he is, and suddenly he is
willing to do anything he can to get this wonderful girl to possibly rethink
her plans.
This
charming and oh so sweet love story is one not to miss. It may be part of a series, but can easily stand
on its own. Even with the younger
Kingsley brothers having their own stories previous to Quinn’s, the reader
immediately understands the familial bond between these brothers. That’s the talent of Kendall Ryan’s
writing. And get ready. A “tempting little tease” was thrown in at
the end of this story, so I suspect there will be another tale to tell in the
Forbidden Desires Series. Soon, I hope.
