So, I can't tell you too much of the story until we get closer to the publication date but I will say that this is the 3rd book in the Drew & Fable series.
This book is an off-shoot of the 1st two and is the story of Colin and Jen. You will remember them from the first 2 books - Colin owns The District and Jen becomes friends with Fable.
Colin was friends with Jen's older brother growing up and promised to always protect Jen and take care of her. Because of past secrets, Colin keeps the relationship between him and Jen platonic.
He lives with the guilt from a secret he keeps from Jen and she is also living in guilt in something she did in the past.
So you can see how the story will unfold with Jen trying not to fall in love with Colin and vice versa.
It was a cute romance with some adult themes and steamy bedroom antics!!
I enjoyed the story but after about halfway through the book, I was getting a bit frustrated at both Jen and Colin constantly whining about "not being good enough for the other". It got to a point where I wanted to reach in and knock both their heads together and say "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH"...."CAN YOU BE SO DUMB?"
